Hassle-free return as easy as 1-2-3
LaceTrim.com provide a convenient marketplace to help you find the right lace trim you need. If you need to return or exchange for another lace, no problem. Just following 1-2-3 steps below:
Simply email to email@example.com and tell us the followings:
- your order number
- which item you want to return for refund or if exchange to which item
You will then receive our response by email about your return stating how much you will get for refund or if the item you want is available for exchange.
Don't forget to include a copy of the packing slip in your return. Send back by a traceable carrier with tracking # is recommended. It would be great if you can email us this tracking # to ensure your return gets delivered to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will release the funds back to your original source of payment or an exchange will be processed.
All returns must meet the following criteria:
All items are returnable within 15 days for refund minus shipping or exchange. If received after 15 days (within 30 days), we will apply store credit or an exchange.
Item must send back in its original condition (i.e. – unused, uncut, un-sewn, and with the roll intact and not unraveled). Cut pieces are non-returnable.
Sample swatch cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
FAQs Condition Information:
Color Accuracy:We always do our best to represent our lace stock and colors with as much accuracy as possible, both in descriptions and imagery. However, sometimes unspoken details can influence color. Those may be factors such as florescent lighting or the settings of your computer screen. If any of these occur, please understand these potential discrepancies are unintentional, however we would be happy to clarify any questions or concerns you have about our lace colors and patterns.
Occasionally, LaceTrim.com may find items on several rolls with fewer yardages on each roll; therefore continuous yardage may not be available for all of the products we carry. If you are in need of a certain continuous length, please make a notation within the comment box during checkout so that we may be made aware of your specific request. Of course, we will make every effort to give you continuous yardage whenever available. However, if you do not specify that continuous yardage is needed and we have enough lace available to be taken from more than one roll to complete your order, this is what you can expect. We strive to give you exactly what you want whenever possible.
Condition of Vintage Items:
Any of the vintage lace trim we sell represent unused stock. These vintage lace are all first quality and have never been used prior to your order, very few may reveal their age through any of the following characteristics: little dings or nicks, oxidation, slight aging or not "bright" like the newer lace trim, etc. These are not defects; they are a natural process of the aging lace. These qualities are what make vintage lace truly authentic. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the condition of a vintage item, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you with any question.
